My cooking

  I cooked ten chicken breasts. Half was with olive oil and garlic, the other half was with barbeque sauce. I cut up both of the huge white onions. Not too many tears. I browned the tofu in olive oil, and added stir fry frozen vegetables, and onions. I cooked up some brown rice. I dipped a big plate of rice, with tofu and vegetables. It is now in the refrigerator ready to be heated. I will heat up that garlic bread to go with it. I will have two more meals of tofu stir fry, plus ten meals of already cooked chicken. I have two skillet dinners I can make up easily. I have three hamburger patties in the freezer, and lots of hot dogs.
